The finalist candidate must meet the following requirements: *Experience in a similar position and working with an ERP system. *bilingual Portuguese and fluent Spanish, third language proficiency valuable. *Flexible profile, decisive and with clear customer orientation. Offer details: The finalist candidate must be responsible for: *B2B Customer assistance. *Preparation of estimates. *Receipt and input of orders in the ERP system. *Follow-up of offers to customers in the Portuguese market. *Providing solutions for the needs of customers. *Pre-sales advice: informing the customer about the features of the product or service, providing rates and delivery times. *After-sales customer service: incident management, delivery timing, complaints, etc. *Supporting the sales team. *Maintenance and update of database. *Follow-through of the complete order circuit. *Invoicing.
